Will change it once this is checked out, for the last few times I've tried to order through the app, if keeps removing the item that I add to the note to ask for extra, like extra pickles or heavy mayo and we have to drive for awhile to get the subs and this missing item really ruins our enjoyment, I would recommend checking into it, until then I'm gonna only order in person.

I like the app. No real complaints. It's handy instead of trying to tell someone five different sandwiches. I wish I could look at the menu even if a store isn't open yet. I'm the type of person that likes to peruse the options ahead of time. And sometimes I wish there were the option to pay cash. These are minor things and they aren't going to stop me from ordering/using the app.

IMHO, this chain has been going downhill 4 years, even b4 Covid hit. The store closest 2 me is not even located on the apps map. It closes itself frequently and stops running. I walked into "my" store 2night. And they told me they didnt have 3 of the 4 items on my order list, including meatball subs??.. deleting the app.
