Apart from not allowing me to turn off the scooter, and paying extra minutes, my credit card was charged twice. After calling the support (that was being intentionally difficult) three times and sending them several emails (as they requested), they did not do absolutely anything to address the issue. Two weeks later, still have not received the refund, nor did they delete my credit card/account, even though I officially requested it. Never again!

Cannot reset password, thus cannot login in the app. Password reset SMS not working... It was good until I forgot my password...
