Worst service ever. Took all my credit because ip is freezing and i haven't been able to lock my ride. Service support is not answering while evening.

Apart from not allowing me to turn off the scooter, and paying extra minutes, my credit card was charged twice. After calling the support (that was being intentionally difficult) three times and sending them several emails (as they requested), they did not do absolutely anything to address the issue. Two weeks later, still have not received the refund, nor did they delete my credit card/account, even though I officially requested it. Never again!

This app might be great. I wouldn't know. It makes it near impossible to upload a credit card then doesn't accept it when you try to take out a scooter. Just take a cab.
