Terrible service, can't switch from SIM to eSIM if you have Android version higher than 14 using official application for android( You are misleading users by claiming services that do not exist.

It doesn't work well at all. It is the slowest app on my phone. The company turns off its servers for maintenance without informating users about possible connection problems. I hope, app performance will be optimized as soon as possible.

The app isn't working. Ussd request has got redirect me to use the app. How I can checkout my account's balance now? Upd: Full removing and installing again help to run app
