Location tracking during a work shift. The courier opens a shift in the app, which launches a foreground service that transmits location data to the dispatcher's dashboard, even when the app is minimized or the screen is off. This allows the dispatcher to see the courier's location, assign them upcoming orders, and confirm deliveries.

Before the first permission request, the app explains to the courier why location access is needed, including in the background, and asks for consent. While tracking is active, a notification is constantly displayed stating "Shift active - location tracking in progress."

When the courier closes a shift, the service stops and location data collection ceases. Outside of a work shift, the app does not collect location data.
