About this app

Realt is a platform for selecting, buying and renting real estate. And with the new version, buying and renting has become even more convenient and simple.
Using Realt to buy an apartment, rent a room, buy or sell a house will be fast, easy and safe!
What's new?
1. Registration / authorization by phone number, including if you are a citizen of the Russian Federation.
2. Setting up a profile in the Personal Account: changing the phone number / e-mail, revoking consent, setting up push notifications, viewing the list of push notifications;
3. Price change indicators (price increased/decreased).
4. Push notifications.
5. Search for accommodation using advanced filters:
• choose the options that are right for you. Apartment rental period: long-term or daily, ceiling height, not the first / not the last floor, number of bathrooms, what kind of renovation in the rooms, is there an advance payment;
• filter ads from owners;
• search for objects by words, for example, new buildings;
• look for objects by video and 3D tour.
6. View real estate by cities, districts, regions, district centers, villages, streets, metro stations, etc.:
• when viewing by streets, districts, metro, direction and distance from the Moscow Ring Road, in cities, regions, the map is centered at the appropriate point (for example, a district) and nearby objects are shown;
• in the Minsk region, determine the distance from housing to the Moscow Ring Road with one touch of your finger.
7. Convenient search for apartments on the map:
• the cost of the object is visible on the map;
• the object that you have viewed will have the status "viewed" and highlighted in a different color;
• regardless of the selected area, move around the map and view houses in any city/town and throughout Belarus;
• Search for items based on your location by allowing access to your location or turn on GPS.
8. Search by ad list:
• sorting ads;
• contact the seller or landlord directly from the list of ads;
• the property you have viewed will have the status "viewed";
• convert the price to any currency with one touch;
• view all photos of the object directly from the list.
9. Viewing the ad card before renting or buying: add the objects you like to favorites;
• share an object;

The Realt mobile app is constantly being updated and improved. Turn on the automatic updates of the Realt app in your phone settings - and you will always have the latest and improved version of the application.

Disaster app! All my bookmarks and subscriptions disappeared suddenly. Very rude work!

new version is bad, can not read news, use account and see bookmarks. total dislike

In new version there is no more "wish" list/bookmarks. It doesn't have sense to decrease functionally of app. Why? It is no user-friendly any more. :(

• следите за избранными объявлениями c помощью push-уведомлений: изменение цены, удаление объявления, изменение объявления;
• следите за всей историей изменения цены по каждому объявлению;
• индикаторы изменения цен помогут Вам выбрать подходящий объект по приемлемой.
