The app doesn't work at all. Neither search nor board shows anything except "Something went wrong. Please, try later". That's all. It's been like this for at least half a year.

The app is designed to work in Russian. Changing the language in the app is not possible. If you change the OS language in your phone's settings, the information in the app is displayed in the interface language. We recommend using the website pass.rw.by, where you can set the language to Russian without changing the language of your mobile device.

While it is nice to be able to buy tickets online, there is a significant issue with language support. In English language (that can't be changed in settings, depends purely on phone's global settings ) , there is no way to search using Russian names like 'Молодечно' or English like 'Moscow'. Only transliteration from Belarusian is available. Transliteration is good for reading, but not for input.

It's 2025, and you still haven't adapted your app to English. Or at least added the ability to change the language within the app. That's sad.
