Ratings and reviews

While it is nice to be able to buy tickets online, there is a significant issue with language support. In English language (that can't be changed in settings, depends purely on phone's global settings ) , there is no way to search using Russian names like 'Молодечно' or English like 'Moscow'. Only transliteration from Belarusian is available. Transliteration is good for reading, but not for input.

Seems it works good, but there is no possibility to change the default language. Also, the search in English doesn't work properly (for example Vitebsk is not correct name, and Viciebsk should be used instead). Moreover, search in the app (the Belarusian app, by the way) doesn't work in Belarusian at all, why? You guys have a great i18n support on the site: with really working search on different languages and multiple currencies. Please, add this to the application, and I'll update the mark.

The search of trains didn't work: just endless spinner was shown and no results after approximately a minute of waiting. Such was my first time experience in the app. Hope you guys will fix it and won't let it happen again. BTW, the desktop app didn't work as well: everything stopped this time on choosing the wagon type - grey overlay over the page and nothing happened after, no any sign of error or something... I'm disappointed 😞
