While it is nice to be able to buy tickets online, there is a significant issue with language support. In English language (that can't be changed in settings, depends purely on phone's global settings ) , there is no way to search using Russian names like 'Молодечно' or English like 'Moscow'. Only transliteration from Belarusian is available. Transliteration is good for reading, but not for input.

I can't understand exactly. Is it too difficult to make available English version of app? Each time users have to change phone settings to use ur app. You've known about this problem for a long time, but do nothing to solve it. Disgusting 🫣

Frozen Ice, приложение "БЧ Мой поезд" предусмотрено для работы в русскоязычном формате. Изменить язык в приложении невозможно. При отсутствии возможности изменить настройки телефона рекомендуем использовать сайт pass.rw.by.

It's 2025, and you still haven't adapted your app to English. Or at least added the ability to change the language within the app. That's sad.

Dear Tanya. The "BC. My Train" app is designed for use in Russian. Changing the language in the app is not possible. If you change the operating system language in your phone's settings, the information in the app is displayed in the language of your mobile device's interface. We recommend using the website pass.rw.by.
