While it is nice to be able to buy tickets online, there is a significant issue with language support. In English language (that can't be changed in settings, depends purely on phone's global settings ) , there is no way to search using Russian names like 'Молодечно' or English like 'Moscow'. Only transliteration from Belarusian is available. Transliteration is good for reading, but not for input.

Unfortunately cant use it with full functionality in eng version of Android OS. Please add the possibility to change the language to ru manually. Thank you!

Kirill K, there are no plans to return to the English version. Changing the language in the app is currently not possible. To ensure that information in the "BC. My Train" mobile app is displayed in Russian, we recommend changing the interface language on your mobile device.

Does not work at all and crashes on devices with English system language. Company's excuses are hilarious. We don't need English translation for all your routes and features, we need the app to work, and it's not that complicated as you're trying to make it seem

Konstantin, he app is designed to work in Russian.Changing the language in the app is not possible.If you change the OS language in your phone's settings, the information in the app will be displayed in the device's interface language. To ensure information is displayed in Russian, we recommend changing the interface language of your mobile device.
