Voice Recorder is an easy-to-use recording app with high-quality sound, as well as a "Voice Memo" recording mode that converts your voice to text (Speech to Text).

Available recording modes are:

[STANDARD] This mode provides a pleasantly simple recording interface. It has an auto-stop on silence feature and a record level control with the ability to boost weak sounds.

[VOICE MEMO] Records your voice and then converts it to on-screen text (Speech to Text).

[SPEECH TO TEXT] Transcribes previous speech audio recordings or any audio files to text within the app.

All Speech to Text conversion is done completely offline and privately on your device, so no internet connection is necessary. There are currently no monthly or daily limits for the hours of speech transcribed.
