so far, this is the least self explanatory, doing absolutely nothing app I think I've ever experienced. I registered. then I logged in. and now what? there's absolutely nothing showing up. no prompts, no buttons, no settings, no nothing. 3 stars because their tech line guys are worthy of 5 stars. unfortunately, they're closed for the weekend. was completely looking forward to updating my RR2 wirelessly. I'd just as soon burn my truck to the ground than pull the radio again.

Finds the module then won't connect no matter what you do Over a year later still shows module but won't connect. STILL JUNK, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

If I owned it I wouldn't be bragging about it. The concept is great and once you connect it is not bad. Connecting by Bluetooth or cable is a nightmare. Good idea, let's take some cutting edge technology like the Mistro RR2 and offer you a micro USB to communicate with the thing. They will gladly sell you a hub to connect the RR2 and/or all their interfaces to your computer, it feels like you've been snaked into a $ trap.
