AgCadence tells agricultural retail sales reps which farm customers are going
cold — and makes logging the visit fast enough to actually happen.
Reps are asked to see their customers on a regular cadence. In practice that
means remembering, per farm, when you last spoke and what about, across a book
of a couple hundred accounts. AgCadence keeps that ledger for you.
WHAT IT DOES
• Your accounts, banded by how long since last contact — so the ones slipping
are the ones you see first.
• Log a visit, call or meeting in a few taps. Contact date, type and notes.
• Voice memos: record what happened while it is fresh, and let it write itself
up. Recording, transcription and a case-note summary happen in the
background, with no review queue to work through afterwards.
• An inbox of what needs doing: overdue accounts, booking deadlines with a real
work list behind them, and follow-ups you or the app raised.
• A calendar of what is scheduled and what is due.
• Purchase history for each account, straight from your ERP, and the months
of the year each farm usually buys in.
• A product-conversation checklist per farm, so you can see at a glance which
lines you have raised this season and which you have not. It resets each
crop year, and ticks itself when a purchase says the conversation already
happened.
• For managers: how each of your reps is doing, and which product lines the
team as a whole has not raised yet.
BUILT FOR NO SIGNAL
Farms do not have bars. Everything in AgCadence reads and writes from an
on-device database, so the app works the same in a yard with no coverage as it
does in the office. Entries queue up and send themselves when you get a signal,
and the app tells you plainly what has and has not gone through. Contact dates
are recorded when the visit happened, not when it uploaded — a week of queued
visits does not land looking like one busy afternoon.
WHO IT IS FOR
AgCadence is sold to agricultural retailers. Your sign-in is created by an
administrator at your own business, and your customer and purchase records sync
from your ERP. You will need an account from your employer to use this app.
