About this app

Ayzen Dispatch Driver is the app couriers use when their company runs on Ayzen Dispatch. Your dispatcher assigns the work and the app puts it in your pocket.

What you can do
• See the orders assigned to you, sorted by distance
• Open an order for its pickup and delivery addresses and notes
• Get directions in the maps app you already use
• Mark each order picked up and delivered
• Capture proof of delivery: the recipient's name, a photo and a signature
• Report a problem, like a closed business or a wrong address, straight to dispatch
• Look back over the jobs you've delivered

Location while on shift
When you tap Start Shift, the app shares your location with your dispatcher so they can see where you are and plan the next job. It keeps sharing while the app is in the background, with a notification on screen the whole time, and stops as soon as you tap End Shift. Your location is never used for ads.

You need an account from your company
There is no sign-up in the app. Your courier company adds you as a driver and sends you an invitation by email. If you drive for a company that doesn't use Ayzen Dispatch yet, point them to ayzendispatch.com.

What’s new

Dark mode, switched on from the Me tab.
The Me tab shows which permissions the app still needs, with a button to fix each one.
Record cash or cheque collected at the door as a delivery step, even offline.
Scan a parcel's label at pickup and delivery to be sure it is the right one.
More reliable location, and a reminder to allow location all the time before your shift starts.
