Doesn't work. This app literally does not function in any way. I was able to login after some glitches, but nothing inside the app will load. The only thing this app does provide is an infinitely timed spinning wheel of not loading any data.

This app is frustrating and useless. It connects about 1 out of 8 or 9 tries. I have installed and uninstalled on numerous occassions. When I attempt to connect it either does nothing at all or gives me a "we encountered an unexpected error, try again later." Whoever designed this for you and your paying members, (of which I am one), should be fired. It is afterall, a reflection of the level of service you provide.

Useless. I have an account already set up via the web. I go into this app, enter my member number and select "login". It takes me to "create a new account". If I fill in all the info I get an error because I already have an account. Severe lack of testing. Looking at the reviews here, major trouble with this app seems to have been going on for years. Please get your developers to create comprehensive automated tests and fix the problems.
