Ratings and reviews

Was working well-enough, for some time, then became unreliable [as in: not opening-up categories (properly); failing to filter items (correctly) [items that were (clearly) available/present]; searches not finding (clearly) available items; some minor-to-moderate issues accessing account and order information; and (now) *REPEATED CRASHING*]. There are other, separate issues (e.g.: filters applying *IMMEDIATELY*, rather than after you've selected all you'd like to), but this is enough for now.

Just remove the app from the app store at this point... It's constantly crashing very 10 seconds or as soon as you click an item... it's been like that for ages now and it's just becoming worse... Just gonna shop elsewhere...

Im not sure how CC management can justify having an app so bad it leads people to spend their money elsewhere. Impossible to make an order on the app. Almost gave up on a $350 order until I got the desktop site to work. Account verification steps do not work, and there are way too many too often. Guest checkout doesn't work. Embarrassing for an electronics store.
