Ratings and reviews

This app fails so often.... I hate it, I hate it so much. I have lost count the times it fails to log in, despite the accuracy of my login information. This results in being locked out of my account requiring a phonecall and subsequent interminable wait on hold, or a trip to the back and interminable wait for service to fix what the app broke.

Pretty good app. Like some of the features that it offers. Nice to see morr information on accounts, not all bank apps offer rates and maturity dates. The need to call in for information is significantly less. It does have trouble loading on occasion. Check that it's pain in the.... forever has Network connection issues. Need to Uninstall and reinstall and it works again for a time... maybe and undate from the overpaid tech. department is in order.

Probably the worst online banking experience there is. Nothing works, everything is down, and enjoy getting your account locked constantly because the service is down so it decided you input your password wrong. Call the customer support, and they will tell you how it's your fault, and you just need to be patient with the fact the service is almost always down.
