The Co-operators Benefits Now® app allows plan members to submit and manage claims on the go so you have more time for what matters most. No more scanning and attaching paperwork; simply snap a photo and upload it along with your claim if required. Even your pay-direct drug card can be found within the app. If any claims require your attention after you’ve submitted them, you can respond at your convenience. You can also view your benefit maximums and how much coverage you have used at any time using Benefits Now®.

Easy to use for basic things. Can be difficult to find more granular claim specifics but I call in and they are a great help guiding me through.

Better now with PDF attachment support, however it lacks being able to download a claim PDF. Also it would be more useful to have the exact service type (eg. "Paramedical: Physiotherapy") on the claim list rather than just "Extended Health Care".

Hi Alex - with our recent release and app update, PDF receipts are now supported as well as .doc and .docx. Thanks for your feedback.

Changing my review and rating because the developers added the feature to be able to upload documents/PDFs (as opposed to just photos). I really appreciate them adding this and letting me know!

Hello Matt - with our recent update, the app now supports .PDF, .doc and .docx file types. This should address your concern. Thanks for the feedback.
