Constant issues with redeeming my points . I have points to redeem for a "free" drink , yet it rarely gives the option. It seems selective when it wants to work. It is slightly frustrating for repeat customers. That and you can't redeem points live. You can only use points on the app. Needs some more work. But love UM!

Great App and I would give it 5 Stars, however, many users are experiencing an issue where our rewards points are not being credited to your account when u make purchases through the app. I have had to tell the staff twice about this and to there credit the manager went in and manually awarded me points and a free drink for my troubles. The issue has still not been fixed though so while I appreciate the free drink I would prefer the app just be fixed instead.

It was relatively easy to negotiate Jessica at the popular store said she was instrumental in adding the half decaf option which is great.... Initially its a bit confusing how to check out. ALSO...it seems that sometimes the app doesn't track your purchases...hence the "rewards" don't show up. I've bought 5 Americanos...and the points stayed the same. All in all its good.
