With EmergConnect, you can share why you’re visiting the ER, complete hospital registration, and receive a personalized wait time prediction – all before arriving at the hospital. This mobile triage system streamlines the check-in process and improves communication between patients and healthcare providers.
How It Works:
1. Getting Started: Learn about EmergConnect, its purpose, and how to submit your information.
2 Registration: Provide the necessary details for hospital registration. (Requirements may vary by hospital.)
3. Visit Information: Describe your reason for visiting the emergency room in your own words.
4. Confirmation & Submission: Review and confirm your details before submission.
Once submitted, your information will be securely sent to nurses at the selected hospital. When you are called to see a nurse, they will have access to the information you provided via EmergConnect. The standard triage process will still be completed in-person by healthcare providers.

EmergConnect does not replace standard triage or medical care. It is not a substitute for emergency medical services.
Do NOT use EmergConnect if you are experiencing: Unconsciousness, severe chest pain, heart palpitations, labor or ruptured membranes, neck stiffness/fainting, inability to walk, trouble seeing or speaking, shortness of breath or dizziness, choking, or sudden weakness or numbness.
