this app always has log in issues. can not use biometrics after 15 days of not logging in. when I go to sign in with password it brings me to the web page and I don't even get to click sign in before it bounces me back to the app. once it is back at the app it is just a spinning wheel... no good. stop trying to improve the app before making something stable.

Absolutely garbage. I've been forced to use this for the past 2 years and it has barely improved. All kinds of usability issues, such as timing out in the middle of a claim causing you to lose all the information you just entered. I recently tried using this app across multiple phones to submit a claim, and it keeps clearing my selection not allowing me to proceed with the claim. Cannot call customer service as they are on strike. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.

This app is terrible. It keeps logging me off after a few moments and kicks me out of my claim submission. Have to start AAALLLLLL over again. Not all providers of care are listed (ex. our local foot care) and I have to add it manually every time I claim. Why isn't a simple picture of the receipt enough? Why ask for all the provider's info? Medavie's app was much easier. I miss them. You should take them as an example and simplify claim submissions for us. Extremely frustrating! Junk.
