congratulations, you broke the app some more. now coverage list doesn't work and just hangs. This app is brutal. Tried to use the Telehealth for the first time and couldn't because of the app. When trying to upload documents, after the selection screen it just kicks me back to the home page. Had to cancel appointment. When a doctor is waiting for you, the app gives no notification as to where to go. Just have to browse everywhere to see that a practitioner is waiting.

The app is pretty good. It doesn't seem to have all the info that the website does (which is not a big deal), but it is easier to navigate. My issue is that the biometric login is garbage. It always tells me my current session has expired and I have been logged out for more than 15 days, even when I was logged in the previous day. Please fix this.

as of July 2026: SAME PROBLEMS! Unable to even login properly. I can login to the website no problem but when the app prompts you for MFA sent to my email, I consistently get an webpage that says I don't have access and doesn't let me in. It's bad enough I have to submit claims at all but factor in the inability to even get to that point quickly and painlessly and I'm floored at how garbage this app is despite Victor really pushing it on their main site.
