The app is pretty good. It doesn't seem to have all the info that the website does (which is not a big deal), but it is easier to navigate. My issue is that the biometric login is garbage. It always tells me my current session has expired and I have been logged out for more than 15 days, even when I was logged in the previous day. Please fix this.

The app is constantly shutting down in the middle of me trying to log in. The interface for messaging is also convoluted to navigate for total health and life services. not to mention how challenging it is to get in touch with someone by phone, email or chatbot to get help with your account.

keeps crashing after the update. supposed to be able to upload receipts. nope.
