Ratings and reviews

The app is constantly shutting down in the middle of me trying to log in. The interface for messaging is also convoluted to navigate for total health and life services. not to mention how challenging it is to get in touch with someone by phone, email or chatbot to get help with your account.

Doesn't work! I click sign in, it opens the website in a browser and tells me I'm trying to access an application I don't have access to. The app is totally broken and useless

keeps crashing after the update. supposed to be able to upload receipts. nope.
