Worst app EVER and the desktop version is even worser. It seems like they revoked access to the online claims centre so that you are forced to download the app. Did that and I tried to sign in and it keeps saying "sign in failed, please try again" everytime I click the sign in button. There is no other option available for help. Developers, please do a better job at designing this app!
