this app always has log in issues. can not use biometrics after 15 days of not logging in. when I go to sign in with password it brings me to the web page and I don't even get to click sign in before it bounces me back to the app. once it is back at the app it is just a spinning wheel... no good. stop trying to improve the app before making something stable.

Absolutely garbage. I've been forced to use this for the past 2 years and it has barely improved. All kinds of usability issues, such as timing out in the middle of a claim causing you to lose all the information you just entered. I recently tried using this app across multiple phones to submit a claim, and it keeps clearing my selection not allowing me to proceed with the claim. Cannot call customer service as they are on strike. If I could give negative 10 stars I would.

It will not work for me. Example: go to coverage tab and click on any of whats listed. It will not come up so I can continue to where the information I need is. It flashes by so quickly I can't even fully read the options on the drop down/pop up menu let alone click on what I need to continue! Even the agree to terms pop up flashes by so fast I can't do anything!
