Clunky. Entering dates has to be via a scroll wheel like your spinning the big wheel on the price is right, so clunky and not user friendly. Also can only upload images or pictures, not PDF. I don't know of any professionals that send their invoices as pictures, so I don't understand why the app locks you in to uploading images only. Terrible UI and UX all around. Recent interactions with their support boiled down to don't use the app, use the website. Awesome.

If I can see the submitted claim that would be better, so I can know if my claim is successfully submitted or not. The App needs some sort of clarification like the claim is suspended/processing or processed. I did submit my claim couple days ago and I see nothing in the App, and I don't know if I successfully submitted or not. Because it's almost the end of year, I don't want to miss the claim. So I submitted the same claim again.

Sometimes I need to turn data off/on in order to login. Doesn't accept pdf attachments, only pictures so I have to waste time and convert. Sometimes I have issued logging in on weekends. I'd give it 2 stars for the inconvenience, but at least it can accomplish it's main task despite of jumping through hoops. 2025 update : with recent versions you have to logon twice to check coverage, this isnot really convenient! One other imconveniemce -I can't just click or copy contact number from the app
