app is terrible. it's clunky, difficult to navigate. and when submitting a claim, there is no acknowledgement that the claim went through, so you have no way of knowing if you actually submitted it or not. an email notification saying "thanks for submitting your claim" would be great, but Equitable doesn't do that, so you're just guessing and hoping they actually received it

recently the app does not function at all. when trying to login it will open an external browser. When I try to sign in here, it will act as everything is okay. refreshes and goes back to the app. But then it asks to login again with no errors. This loop continues infinitely. tried to redownload, clear cache, to no success. might as well stick to the website.

AVOID THIS APP - Very poor UI with limited options when selecting type of care (No 'therapy' option). Requires receipts to be uploaded but does not allow uploading PDFs, only images. I miss my old provider's app. edit: It still sucks, no attempt to contact me or fix issues has been made by anyone. Avoid this app if you can. They use AI to review your claim and it will get it wrong.
