app is terrible. it's clunky, difficult to navigate. and when submitting a claim, there is no acknowledgement that the claim went through, so you have no way of knowing if you actually submitted it or not. an email notification saying "thanks for submitting your claim" would be great, but Equitable doesn't do that, so you're just guessing and hoping they actually received it

Why do you require having to submit each receipt individually? It is horribly time-consuming and not user-friendly. Especially when some of the backup documents are needed for multiple receipts (ie EOB from a different insurance company). I don't remember having to do this a few months ago, why change it? Also, I tried to edit a couple of the claims I submitted but was not able to. This meant I had to submit 2 extra claims which took more of my time and will lead to confusion for your agents.

App constantly closes but doesn't tell you, so you spend 45 minutes submitting receipts that ultimately haven't gone through. App also deletes information you have put in for the claim (name, birthdate, etc) so you need to put it in a 2nd time. This is during constant use; I'm not walking away from the phone. Very, very frustrating. I can't even tell you enough how much time this insurance company has wasted for me over the past 5 years. Despise the App.
