The Equitable EZClaim app allows Equitable Life group benefits plan members to get faster refunds by submitting claims from their Android device. Simply sign-in to your Equitable account, complete the interactive form, take a picture of your receipt and submit. It’s that EZ!

Ratings and reviews

This app is ridiculously difficult to use, claims take longer then they should to go through (1 week+) and when you submit a claim they don't show you that you have submitted it until after its processed, they use automated processing so often half the time its denied because the system overlooked part of the receipt, please update this so that it at least shows that the claim exists and its just pending and please update the manual processing system.

First time seeing an app that doesn't allow for the submission of a pdf, there's only a five picture submission limit and the app constantly logs you out when you try to take a picture. All in all I'm very frustrated and disappointed in the entire process. Do better.

zero is more appropriate... Android app... security sends code to email, but when you navigate and open email (on the same Android phone), the app closes or reset to login page (probably security feature)... so cannot login, if you cannot enter code... but cannot view code on same phone... since switching apps or windows closes the login screen.... App written by summer students? App written by foreign, overseas sub, sub-contractors? App written and Google translated?
