Fittopia Pro is the internal staff app for Fittopia Fitness Center and Fittopia Wellness Studio in Richmond, BC. It is built for Fittopia employees only: signing in requires a Fittopia staff account issued by management, and there is no public registration.
WHAT STAFF CAN DO
Team chat
Message coworkers and department channels, and share photos, videos, files, and voice notes. Attachments expire automatically after 30 days.
Schedule
View personal training appointments and shifts in week and day calendars, book and manage sessions, and look up client visit records.
Clock-in
Verified on-site clock-in and clock-out at Fittopia locations. Location is checked only at the moment you clock in.
Reports
Performance summaries for trainers and the front desk team.

Training guides, the staff guidebook, and company documents in one place.
Announcements
Company news and location updates with read confirmation.
File Vault
Personal storage for work files you want to keep.
SECURITY
Access is limited by each employee's role, connections are encrypted, and you can protect the app with Face ID or fingerprint unlock. Push notifications are optional.
