It hasnt worked for over a year - i get notifications but cant access the schedule, all data fields are blank - I thought u were gonna fix it? I get notifications that tell me what to put out next day, but if I clear that I lose the info, I can't bring it up in the app and have to go to the website to check the calendar. Apparently it's an issue with LG G6 phones? It still gets the job done sorta, maybe the new update will help. ** Update: Adjusted text size to default, working now. **

Hello, we believe this should be resolved by adjusting the text size in on your device, please go to Settings > Display > Font Size on your device and adjust the size. This should bring the text back to the app! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are still unable to see the text! -Jessica @ ReCollect Systems Inc.
It's just very useful in terms of reminding me of the different types of pickups I.e construction materials. My only suggestion is that it go out 24 hours before pickup and not just 5 or 6 hours on the night before. That's too late.
I like that can key in items and learn how to discard of it. Being new in the neighbourhood, I wasn't sure of pick up days and relied on this app.Very helpful.However, I found neighbours putting garbage out at and the pick up service people coming around at different times than scheduled. I was informed of issues that created delays which is understandable except that it confused me. Perhaps a wish list item future: announcements of irregularities, disruptions, etc.
