Way too slow. Jumping back and forth always brings me back to the initial screen so I have to start over. Offers limited information or incorrect regarding limits so I always have to call and wait for a long time to confirm so I don't get screwed up at the end. What's the point having an app if you don't offer clarity and transparency of information. This is an app for INSURANCE!!

over 9k reviews and an avg of 1.6...not good at all. but what do they care, they have a monopoly. the app is clunky. I've tried to enter a dental claim 4 times and always errors when I'm like 80% done...you know, after entering the provider info, date, codes, fees. for heavens sake, for the date at least have a calendar you can click.

Technical issues that have plagued the app for over a week. Honestly, this is likely the worst app and website I have ever had to deal with. Can't get my card through the post because Canada Post is the worst postal service. Can't access the online membership because this is the worst operated online site I have ever had to deal with. Canada Post, Canada Life, Canada itself... all a freaking joke
