One of the slowest app I've used. So many clicks are needed before you can submit a claim (and the more you click the more you wait...). And then, after all of the waiting, you want to quickly switch app while doing the claim to verify the amount in your invoice document, just to get back to the app 2s later to see that you are back to the home page, with your claim to restart from the beginning. Just so pleasant.

Well 3 years on since i reviewed it last, and its be redesigned a few times, each time less functions available. When i go to check balances it just has a whole bunch of boxes telling me "we are unable to display the information..." So pretty useless really, used to be able to generate a report annual use that seems yo have gone...how about you make it better not worse next design...

Why not have a feature to add new future expenses to an ongoing provider instead of having to search for them every time? Pretty sure SunLife had that option. Also extremely picky on uploading docs. The only thing I've managed to get to work is screenshots. And can't submit a claim and then the doc later. Has to be all at once. Mobile website runs even worse. As others have pointed out, they are trying to frustrate us out of making claims, but their tactics aren't going to work.
