HelpNow is a simple safety and support app designed to help seniors, families, friends, and trusted contacts stay connected when support is needed.

HelpNow brings several practical support features together in one accessible application, including Request Help, Wellness Check, Trusted Contacts, My Profile, and Premium / Upgrade features.

REQUEST HELP
Use Request Help when you need assistance. HelpNow can help you communicate a request for support to your selected trusted contacts.

WELLNESS CHECK
Use Wellness Check to let your trusted contacts know how you are feeling. This feature provides a simple way to communicate your status and request attention when needed.

TRUSTED CONTACTS
Add and manage people you trust, such as family members, friends, or caregivers. Trusted contacts can be used with HelpNow support features.

MY PROFILE
Maintain basic information within the application to make your HelpNow experience easier to use.

LOCATION
When a HelpNow feature requires your location, the application may use location information to help communicate your request to your selected recipient or trusted contact. HelpNow is not designed for continuous location tracking.

INTERNATIONAL USE
HelpNow can be used internationally with an internet connection. Messaging availability may vary depending on the country, carrier, and available services.

PREMIUM FEATURES
HelpNow may offer optional Premium features or subscription options. Details about available Premium features and pricing are presented within the application.
