About this app

HiloIntelligence is a secure, private AI assistant built for organizations. It brings powerful AI — conversation, document creation, file and image understanding, web search and workflow automation — into one workspace your team can trust.

Important: HiloIntelligence connects to your organization's own private server. You'll need the server address and a work account from your administrator to sign in. This is not a personal consumer app.

What you can do:
• Chat with leading AI models to draft, summarize, analyze and brainstorm.
• Create and edit documents — Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF — straight from a conversation.
• Upload files, images and PDFs and ask questions about their contents.
• Search the web for up-to-date answers, with sources.
• Connect your tools through secure integrations such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Dictate by voice and get accurate transcriptions.
• Build knowledge bases so the assistant answers from your own information.

Private by design:
Your conversations, files and account live on your organization's own server — hosted and managed by Hilo Tech on your behalf — never pooled into a shared public cloud. Data is encrypted in transit, and your administrator controls access.

Built for professionals:
HiloIntelligence is designed for businesses and their teams. Available in English, French and Spanish, it adapts to your device language automatically.

Getting started:
1. Open the app and enter the server address your administrator gave you.
2. Sign in with your organization account.
3. Start working with your private AI assistant.
