LogisticsOS Smart Scanner

iLobby Corp.

About this app

The LogisticsOS Smart Scanner is the fastest way for mailroom and logistics teams to receive and sort parcels, right from a mobile device. Using AI and OCR, the app instantly extracts key label details, including tracking number, carrier, and recipient, helping teams eliminate manual typing and reduce handle time.

Switch to Sort mode to go further: review AI-populated recipient and parcel details, correct anything that needs it, print a label, and capture a signature, all without leaving the app. Prefer to divide the work instead? Stay in Receive mode for fast scanning, and finish sorting later from the web Smart Processing screen.

Key Features:

- OCR-powered label capture for faster, more accurate receiving
- Automatic capture of tracking number, carrier, and recipient details
- Sort mode: review, correct, print a label, and capture a signature, all on your phone
- Manual entry fallback if processing takes longer than expected, so you're never stuck waiting
- Sync with the LogisticsOS web portal for teams who split receiving and sorting across devices
