UPDATE: It got even worse! After you select your location to park, it opens A WHOLE NEW WEBPAGE that doesn't remember any of the information you've already spent 15 minutes typing in. It doesn't link to the app AT ALL! ORIGINAL: Just registering a vehicle ahead of time requires you to pay for parking for a minimum of one hour. I can't set vehicles up ahead of time for ease of use. What a garbage app. I hate that I'm forced to use this by my landlord. I would pay my landlord to NOT use this app.

Absolute garbage. So disappointed that I have to use this embarrassment of an app for my parking service. It got into a crash loop when I tried to login using my Google account, and it doesn't seem to keep a record of current or past bookings in the app without an account. Terribly designed and horribly executed.

The app is no longer giving me the option to request an extended visitor or to view my current register vehicles. I spoke with the apartment complex I live with and they were unaware if the situation. The app does not provide a customer service number. The office will contact them tomorrow and hopefully help find a resolution.
