Just doesn't work... Start a search, it takes you to the website anyway, and forgets all your search criteria, only to warn you that you've changed then when you search again... And then can't even buy a ticket because I hit select trip and am met with a loading message that just spins and spins, no matter the device, connection, anything. Honestly, just save your time and buy through a third party.

Completely unreasonable company with terrible rules. I couldn't make a trip I booked after getting an email coupon from them. Little did I realize until later is that they refuse to refund any bookings made with a promotion code. I'm not French so I couldn't read their terms and conditions and never expected such restrictions. I contacted them to rebook or refund and the company refused either. They easily could have rebooked it for the Spring or refunded me but they did nothing. Anti-English

I got everything done and when it camw to confirming my trip, the app crashed. So I started again. Now I have 4 tickets instead of 2 and they will not refund it all to be. Absolutely terrible app and no one should use it ever. I am extremely upset and will NEVER be travelling with Orleans Express unless absolutely necessary.
