I got everything done and when it camw to confirming my trip, the app crashed. So I started again. Now I have 4 tickets instead of 2 and they will not refund it all to be. Absolutely terrible app and no one should use it ever. I am extremely upset and will NEVER be travelling with Orleans Express unless absolutely necessary.

APP NOT WORKING , Reservation on web site not working. I switch to other company

Please think about letting the customer choose a seat when purchasing a ticket. This is the second time for me getting into the bus and having to sit away from my children. Single passengers don't want to sit next to each other which makes it uncomfortable for families especially with young children.
