When the app is working everything is perfect and runs smoothly but the last 4 to 5 days I haven't been able to log in to track my shipment of medication. The convenience of not having to call currently doesn't exist and that was the reason I switched to mednow. I work a lot so I can't always pick up the phone. Please fix the app soon! 🥲

Amazing amazing amazing! Mednow has exceeded my expectations. Friendly and quick customer service from Sheena & Megan. Convenient & free delivery. Packaging is sustainable (paper bag) and secure. I received my 1st order with no hiccups (I switched over from Pocket Pills as they couldn't resolve their overbilling/insurance issue). Bonus: they even gave me some free gifts & a handwritten note! Thank you 💖

The staff I dealt with was very responsive and professional. I really enjoyed my experience. My only beef is with the app. The android app doesn't offer the option to sign in with my Apple ID. I have to go into the browser to sign in or use my iPad. I don't know if that's a android restriction or something. Also, I would like to see my purchase history from the store.
