LIVE TRAFFIC, BY THE COMMUNITY
• Shows live, community-shared road conditions on an easy-to-read map
• Covers heavy traffic, slow-moving lanes, accidents, road construction, emergency vehicles, and clear roads
• Share a report in one tap using simple, predefined road categories
• Confirm or dispute each report to keep information reliable
• Browse the Flow feed to see recent reports near you
• Optional notifications about new reports in your area
• Reports expire after a short time, so the map stays current

CARPOOLING THAT'S ACTUALLY FAIR
• Offer a ride you're already taking, or find one going your way
• Trip costs are split automatically by distance — the driver never profits, they just share the cost
• See exactly what you'll pay before you book, including the platform fee
• Your price is capped: if more passengers join, you pay less, never more
• Nothing is charged when you book — your card is charged an hour before departure
• Payments and driver payouts are handled securely by Stripe

RIDE WITH CONFIDENCE
• Drivers verify their driver's licence through Stripe, and verified drivers show a badge on their rides
• Every carpool profile has a reviewed photo, so you know who you're travelling with
• Agree to clear ride rules before every booking
• Message your driver in the app to arrange pickup
• Rate each other after the trip
• Report or block any member, at any time

EARN RECOGNITION
Share helpful reports to earn points, move up through tiers, and appear on the community leaderboard. Points are for recognition inside the app only and have no monetary value. Founding Members get a special badge for being early supporters.

USE MIRIVER SAFELY
Your safety always comes first:
• Never view or interact with the app while driving
• Set up before you start your trip, ask a passenger to help, or check reports only when safely parked
• Always obey local traffic laws and keep your full attention on the road
Road conditions can change at any moment. Reports are shared by users for general awareness and may not always be accurate or complete, so please use your own judgment at all times.

YOUR PRIVACY AND YOUR CONTROL
• Location is used only while you're using the app, never in the background
• Licence photos and selfies go straight to Stripe — MiRiver only receives your name, the expiry date and the result
• Your email and payment details are never shown to other members
• A driver's phone number is shared only with passengers who have booked, so you can coordinate pickup
• Full card numbers never touch MiRiver's systems — Stripe handles them
• We never sell your data
• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, under Settings then Delete account
