I can not use my card online for purchases or booking anything. For 8 years now, I have been to the bank several times they say everything is fine and it should work, telephoned online help dont know how many times. It is so frustrating, I should be able yo use my card anywhere in the world. I think its time to change banks now, ive had enough.

Since a few years ago. The app has improved drastically. I cans firmly say that right now, it's simple, intuitive and overall nice to use.

The bank is very good and the staff is also very good but one problem I faced is that I no longer live in the city where I had opened the account. The staff of the city where I live now says that if you want to get a credit card then you will have to go to the same branch where your account was opened but that branch is 250 km away. I should have some solution for this, everything else is fine.
