NowCapital is a free, anonymous Canadian retirement planner designed to give you an honest look at your financial future without the sales pitch.

Unlike bank tools that are designed to sell you mutual funds, NowCapital is a pure calculator. It handles the complex Canadian tax logic (OAS clawbacks, CPP integration, RRSP meltdowns) that simple online calculators miss.

A NOTE FROM THE DEVELOPER
I built NowCapital because I was frustrated with generic retirement calculators. They were either too simple (ignoring Canadian tax nuances) or required me to hand over my personal data to a bank.

I built this tool to plan my own retirement.

After running thousands of scenarios and fine-tuning the tax logic, this calculator gave me the confidence to announce my retirement in December 2025 (effective Jan 2026). I am sharing it for free because I believe every Canadian deserves unbiased, private access to their own financial truth.
