Very limited functionality. Why not have a feature to check skates times for rinks nearby, swim schedules, or other drop in sports? Or incorporate the garbage collection calendar (it exists as a separate app). Why not have a way to contact your local councillor? There is so much that an app from the city could be, and yet we are left with a front for some notifications and for 311 incident reporting and nothing else. Yet another example of the City of Ottawa thinking small.

We need Ward specific groups/chats that are easy to use but authenticated, so we can build our communities to be sustainable or just share our climate crisis ideas. When Musk took over Twitter we lost a reliable and valuable communication medium. When downtown Ottawa was held hostage having a "resource" like Twitter helped me a lot.

Hasn't been updated since initial release in 2019. When reporting an issue with a photo attached the app errors out. You go back and rereport, same issue. A third or fourth try and you finally get a confirmation number. 10 minutes later? You go back in and check your requests. All the errored out ones are reported and it appears you reported the same issue 3 to 4 times. Maddening.
