About this app

QuickChart is an AI medical scribe built for Canadian clinicians. Record
the visit or dictate afterwards, and QuickChart drafts the clinical note in
your own template, ready for your review. Edit, approve, and send it to
your chart.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Ambient scribing: record the visit on your phone; the note is drafted
from the conversation, structured the way you document.
• Dictation: speak the note and get it back formatted.
• Your templates: SOAP, consult letters, referral letters, procedure notes,
or anything you write often.
• Recording that keeps going: lock your phone or switch apps mid-visit; the
recording continues and tells you so with a notification.
• Patient charts: demographics, history, documents and every past visit in
one place.
• Document inbox: faxes, PDFs and photographed documents are read and filed
to the right patient.
• Telehealth: phone and video visits from the app, transcribed like any
other visit.
• Forms and letters: fill clinical forms from the chart.
