The app is great for bin pickup schedules and for looking up disposal options for waste materials. The only negative is that schedule notifications are somewhat unreliable; they'll work for several weeks and then suddenly stop working. Whenever this has happened, I've contacted Support and gotten a prompt reply that they're working on an issue. I appreciate the response from them, but would rather these issues didn't keep happening in the first place.

This app became so unreliable. A simple calendar reminder is superior. It fails and fails and fails to notify me of pick-up days. I have set my power-saving settings, and never-sleep settings and notification settings and none of it matters because there'll just come along an update and change policy anyway. If I need a blasted Comp Sci degree to get this thing to work, it's rubbish.

Would've been higher, as it's a handy if basic tool, but I used to get a notification the evening before reminding me to put out the right bin, but those stopped a while back and haven't come back. App's up-to date, and notifications are still enabled, they just don't arrive.
