I really like the app EXCEPT lately the Virtual Assistant chat randomly opens and when I get out of it (to home screen, notifications, search, anywhere) it goes back to the Virtual Assistant after a few seconds. Really annoying, basically can't do anything in the app. I Uninstall and install again, works for a while and then same issue starts all over again.

This app is horrible. I get multiple notifications a day, excluding useful ones like "an item on your wishlist is on sale" which do not actually appear, it's a multi step process to remove them all. Searching barely works. App freezes up and restarts regularly. I have it because occasionally you can only get a discount if you use the app to buy stuff, but other than that it's worth avoiding.

The reason that I gave 1 star is that I want the technical guys to read my comment. I have been using this app for over 2 years. It is very helpful but there is a small problem that needs to be fixed. When you go to a category and filter it to show specific items, and you choose your item and go back to the same category filters are gone! You have to choose them all over again. Lets say if you go to women dresses and you filter the sale items, when you pick one dress and you add it to your cart, and you go back to dresses again, sale filter is gone and you have to choose the filter again and start from the top and go back down to get to where you were I hope I could explain the problem. Other than that, everything is perfect and I love the app and the store
