• Field Level Hazard Assessment — walk through tasks, hazards, and controls
for your trade and the stage of work you're in. Sign it, send it, done.

scrolling past hazards that don't apply to you.
• Timesheet — log start and end times, breaks, and the site you were on.

• Safety Passport — a running record of the work you've done: days on site,
trades, tasks, and the stages you've worked through. Share it with a
scannable QR code.
• Tickets and certifications — keep them on your phone, get a heads up
before they expire.
• Crew — foremen can brief a crew, share an FLHA, and see who has signed.

Nexo is a documentation tool. It records what your crew observed and
discussed. It does not replace site-specific safety plans, employer safe
work procedures, or regulatory requirements. Always follow your employer's
safe work procedures.
