The Taxi Coop mobile application is the easiest and most efficient way to order a taxi in your city! Provided for free by the largest taxi company in Quebec, the application allows you to order a taxi in just a few taps.

The process is as simple as can be: launch the application and it immediately localizes your position. Confirm that the address identified is the correct one; if it isn’t, you are free to change it manually. Add notes if necessary, choose the method of payment and place your order. A cab will be assigned to you quickly and, in the meantime, you can track it making its way towards you on the mobile application’s map. Finally, a notification will be sent once the taxi is less than a mile from your location.

Ratings and reviews

Not all drivers are used to it for payment, it would be nice to train them. The "notes" section isn't visible enough for drivers, which can lead to misunderstandings. It would be nice to have a way to communicate with the driver or update your pickup location for when you're in a shopping centre's parking lot and you realize you picked a bad spot and you want to make things easier for the driver.

Unreliable but useful when it works. Last updated locked me out and made app unusable. I'm forced to create a new account, but can't because I have an account, but also can't login... This is just an example of their unreliability

The app forces wrong pick-up address. Chooses a building behind mine which is not is still in construction phase. This happens since last update. Will stop using if not corrected soon.
