About this app

Abraxas Forge is the character builder and campaign toolkit for the Abraxas tabletop roleplaying game. Create a character, take it to the table, and keep it in sync everywhere you play.

This app is the Forge itself — not a companion, not a cut-down version. It is the same tool that runs at forge.abraxas.rocks, in a window of its own. Your account, your characters and your campaigns are already here, and there is no second copy to keep in step.

BUILD A CHARACTER

Step-by-step creation that handles the arithmetic for you. Attributes, skills, powers, advantages and disadvantages, with costs calculated as you go and campaign power bands keeping a build honest for the table it is headed to.

Species templates apply a lineage in one move. Specializations, martial arts and equipment are all first-class, and every choice explains what it costs and why.

KEEP A LIBRARY

Characters, drafts, and published builds in one place. Pick up an unfinished character on your phone that you started on a laptop. Share a character with your group, or keep it to yourself.

RUN AND JOIN GAMES

Campaigns, groups, and a public board for finding a table. Live campaign channels for rolls and updates during a session, and GM tools for tracking a group's characters while you run.

ROLL DICE

A physics dice roller with the full Abraxas system built in — wild die, exploding results, critical failures, and the choice they force. Roll straight from a character sheet with the right pool already assembled.

BRING CHARACTERS ACROSS

Coming from an older version of the app? Import a character export and your build comes over — attributes, skills, powers, and the modifiers attached to them, re-priced against the current rules.

ON THE WEB, EVERYWHERE ELSE

The Forge runs in any modern browser at forge.abraxas.rocks, and it is the same Forge. On iPhone and iPad, open it in Safari or the browser of your choice, and you get every feature this app has, with a little more browser chrome around the edges. Add it to your home screen, and most of that disappears too.

We build the Forge once, for the web, so every device gets the same tool at the same time. No version of this app is ever behind the site — it is the site.

ABOUT ABRAXAS

Abraxas is a d6 dice-pool roleplaying system built for characters who are defined by what they choose, not by what a table rolled for them. The rules are open, and the Forge exists to take the bookkeeping off the players so the game can get on with itself.

What’s new

The app works again — sorry it took a while.

IMPORTANT: Update, don't uninstall. Characters you made in the old app are saved on your device, and uninstalling erases them for good. Updating keeps them safe.

The app now runs the live Abraxas Forge, so it updates itself from here on. Sign in to reach anything saved to your account.
