About this app

Standkeep keeps a small Canadian corporation in good standing. It derives your statutory calendar from the corporation's own profile — its jurisdiction, incorporation date, fiscal year end and tax accounts — and tells you what to file, where, and by when.

Every deadline carries its source: the section of the Act or the agency's own statement that fixes it, in both official languages. Standkeep states dates and cites sources. It does not interpret them, does not file on your behalf, and never holds a government credential.

On your phone:
• Your corporations at a glance, with the next deadline on each.
• The twelve-month horizon: every deadline on one line, today marked.
• Each obligation with its statutory date, where it is filed, what happens if it is missed, and the sentence of law it rests on.
• The next 30 days across every corporation you manage.
• Mark a filing done, or undo it. Record the events only you know — the last annual meeting, a change in the register of individuals with significant control — and the deadline follows.
• Add a corporation's feed to your phone's calendar.
• Push notifications, if you turn them on, alongside the email reminders — never instead of them.

All fourteen Canadian jurisdictions are modelled: federal (CBCA), every province and every territory, plus the CRA and Revenu Québec filings that follow the fiscal year.

Your account is the one you use on standkeep.ca. Sign in with your email and password, and your authenticator code if you have set one up. Data is stored in Canada.

What’s new

Every deadline is a period, and the app now shows both ends of it: under each due date, the day the filing period opens. Where a statute or a registry states that day it says "Open from"; where the source fixes only the deadline it says "Measured from" and names the date the deadline is counted from. Due dates, statuses and reminders are unchanged.
