Startrax is the officer app for security companies that run their sites on Startrax. Your employer gives you your sign-in.

CLOCK IN AT YOUR SITE
Sites near you appear as you arrive. Clock in and out with one tap, and your hours are recorded for payroll.

EVERYTHING FOR YOUR SHIFT
See your site's post orders, scan checkpoints on your tour, and clock out when you're done.

REPORTS FROM YOUR PHONE
• Daily activity: log what happens during your shift, with photos.
• Incident reports: fire, police, medical, assault, and other incidents, with up to five photos.
• Pass-on log: read and leave notes for the next officer at the site.

WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
Reports, photos, and tour scans are saved on your phone and sent when you're back online.

SEE YOUR HOURS
Check your shifts and total hours for the last two weeks.

Location is used while you're on shift to show nearby sites and confirm you're at your post. The camera is used to scan checkpoints and take report photos.

What’s new

• Pass-on notes: add up to 5 photos, such as a broken lock. Tap a photo to see it full screen.
• Incident reports: enter when it happened (Date and time) and where at the site (Location, optional).
• Photos on a sent pass-on note keep uploading after you clock out.
• If your company publishes schedules, Hours worked is now in the Schedule tab, by pay period (This or Last).
