The app is difficult to navigate, it logs you out pretty much every time, the map part is cluncky, certain fields that you're supposed to type in don't accept text, UI is slow and laggy, sometimes submitted cases don't go anywhere and don't show in history, often cases are closed as completed when they clearly haven't been actioned at all; perhaps this is to make the statistics look better. Overall, not a good experience.

If 0 stars wee possible, this would be deserving of it. Most the time it just sits there while finding your location. It works maybe 1/10th of the time, which makes it annoying to report anything. If you're adding a picture, sometimes all the fields gets cleared, pretty annoying. Submitting takes you to the summary page, which 1/3rd of the time doesn't let you submit. Between any of the steps the app is also mindblowingly slow.

It has always frozen when trying to upload an image or locate itself on a map. As of the last month, it opens a blank screen when you try to use the app, and you can't even get to the point where it freezes, because the app won't load properly. doesn't matter if you wait one minute or 10, the app doesn't load. It is up to date on my system as is my version of Android, so there's definitely the app that is the problem.
