I love the Virgin Plus benefits but this app is terrible. Not only is it clunky to use but for the past several months, it won't even let me sign in. I keep getting a super unprofessional error message: 'Oops! We lost you! *blushing* Please try again.' I try every week and it's still impossible to use this app. It's in need of massive updates and fixes.
