Update!: Year's later, same issue. Guess they really don't care to make it work. Good job support crew. Yes,I've updated the app several times. "Oops! We lost you. *blushing* Please try again." Is the meaningless message I get when trying to launch the app. Has been happening for several weeks now. Guess I no longer have access to my benefits. Thanks!

I like the app, WHEN it ACTUALLY works. Unfortunately, tho more times than not, it won't let me sign in ad it just keeps saying oops we lost u blushing pls try again and it just keeps doing it Ober and over and over again. And no it does jot need to be updated as I made sure to check and it us NOT on the list of apps that have an update

It sucks! For almost a year the app has denied my password saying they were having issues. The password reset sends a password, but I have to go to my email to get their verification code which takes me out of the app. When I re-enter, that code is no good. Of course none of the customer service reps can help because it's not their area, but no one knows who is. Plus, it now takes up to 2 days for a rep to call (they are too busy aka too cheap to hire enough people) usually no call back
