About this app

By downloading the WFCU Credit Union and ECU – A Division of WFCU Credit Union Mobile app, you consent to the installation of the app and any future updates or upgrades. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting or uninstalling the app from your device.

When you install the app it will ask for permission to access the following functions of your device:
• Location services – allows the app to use your device's GPS to find the nearest branch or ATM
• Camera – allows the app to use device camera to take picture of cheque
• Contacts – allows you to create new INTERAC® e-Transfer recipients by selecting from your device contacts.

The app is generally decent to use. However, upgrading to Samsung s10s has caused issues with direct depositing. Me and my wife can no longer use this function because the camera button is in the same place as the home button on the screen. There is no way to edit the positioning in the app and I have not found a solution on the phone's end either. Until it can be fixed, there is little more functionality to the app other than a balance checker...

This app covers the basic requirements for a banking app, but the layout and the way in which items are named has been extremely confusing to figure out! I was with Simplii financial before, and their app had everything clearly laid out for your convenience, especially in the bill payments section! All bills are listed as options to pay off, which you select and then choose which account to pay it with; and once you have paid something off, it shows the paid date next to that item!

Everytime i recieve a etransfer whether via text or email, when i click on the link the app will not open automatically. It asks me to be sure i have the most up to date version of the app, which i do but I still manually open the app and i have to do it a couple times before the etransfer is found so i can accept it. It would also be more convenient if the decimal point was on the main number pad instead of toggling back and forth.
