I do like the bank but easily the worst app I've ever used for financial services. its glitchy, no biometric sign in.. interface is awkward and not friendly, can't easily view your e-transfer sent history, password text box is finicky (and calling it a PAC is uncommon and silly), having to set up an EMT password for each transfer to then have it cancelled/unnecessary when they have auto deposit (should identify that after the address is entered). I don't like seeing ads I do like blue colours.

This app covers the basic requirements for a banking app, but the layout and the way in which items are named has been extremely confusing to figure out! I was with Simplii financial before, and their app had everything clearly laid out for your convenience, especially in the bill payments section! All bills are listed as options to pay off, which you select and then choose which account to pay it with; and once you have paid something off, it shows the paid date next to that item!

Very outdated and primitive compared to other banks. The bank deciding to force everyone to update their passwords and only way to do it was to call in last year was a nice touch. Pure stupidity! Just so you can sit on the phone and wait for the one person they assigned to helped 100s of customers. Almost had late payments. Luckily I've switched over to another bank at this point and enjoying the updated app and better service they provide.
