It always freezing and dies not allow me to access my account to do anything, considering changing financial institutions. Just yesterday my bank card was half assed locked out, very frustrating. And one time before at the ATM Please Amherstburg Ontario Canada, I tried to take out money, it kept the money and locked me out, this is sooooo unacceptable. Please fix whatever needs fixing. Soo, no, not eally happy. Still garbage.

It's starting to become a better app. It still doesn't have ALL the features of say TD's app etc.

This app covers the basic requirements for a banking app, but the layout and the way in which items are named has been extremely confusing to figure out! I was with Simplii financial before, and their app had everything clearly laid out for your convenience, especially in the bill payments section! All bills are listed as options to pay off, which you select and then choose which account to pay it with; and once you have paid something off, it shows the paid date next to that item!
