About this app

Worksite Safety is a mobile application designed to make workplace safety management easy and digital. It is the mobile companion to Worksite’s Qualify EHS platform.

Empower your field crews, safety supervisors, administrators, and workers by putting inspections, audits, reference documents, follow-up actions and much more at their fingertips.

OFFLINE-FIRST, ON-SITE
Worksite Safety’s offline-first design ensures no data is lost when a mobile device is offline, and synchronizes immediately when an internet connection is re-established. Open a form underground, in a remote yard, or in airplane mode, and it loads instantly. Complete a job site inspection offline, and the content will automatically queue itself to upload when a connection is reestablished. Every answer, photo, signature, and corrective action is saved locally first, then synced to your organization the moment you reconnect to the internet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Make use of Worksite Safety’s existing library of manuals, forms, and resources, create and upload your own custom content and safety documentation, or use the existing form template builder in the application to build your own
• Complete site safety inspections and audits offline with the same forms your team uses on the web
• Capture signatures in person on a mobile device, or send a signing request to someone by email
• Track corrective actions tied to your inspections from intake through to resolution
• Switch between English and French anywhere in the app

• Biometric sign-in: fingerprint or face unlock
• An offline indicator so you always know your network state
• Local saves in the app survive a force-close – no lost paperwork mid-form

SECURITY & PRIVACY
• Worksite Safety signs you in with your existing Worksite Safety (Qualify) account credentials. Sessions are stored in the device's secure store; biometric unlock is local-only and never leaves the device. All traffic runs over HTTPS (standard secure data transfer protocol)

REQUIREMENTS
• An active Worksite Safety (Qualify) account with the EHS subscription enabled by your organization administrator
• Camera, microphone, and location permissions ONLY if your forms collect those types of evidence
