WriteOffer is an e-signature app built for one job: moving a real-estate offer from your hands to your client's signature and back, on a phone, without anyone downloading anything or creating an account.

WHAT IT DOES

Upload the contract, or photograph it
Drop in a PDF, or use your phone's camera to capture a paper form. WriteOffer turns the photo into a PDF for you.

The fields place themselves
WriteOffer reads the document and finds the signature lines, initial boxes and date fields, then assigns them to the right party - buyer to one, seller to the other. You review what it found, add anything it missed, and send. It is a first pass you check, not a black box you trust blindly.

Your client signs on their phone
They get a clean, secure link by email. No app to install, no account to create, no password to reset. Big, clear fields that work with a thumb.

A signature you can defend
Every offer carries a full audit trail: created, sent, viewed, signed, completed - each with a timestamp and IP address. Signing links expire. Completed documents are sealed and tamper-evident, so a later change is detectable.

Everyone gets a copy
When the last party signs, the completed document goes back to everyone involved.

Push notifications
Turn them on and your phone tells you the moment a document is signed, instead of you refreshing your inbox.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Documents are stored in private buckets that only you can read. Each account can see only its own documents. The audit trail cannot be edited by anyone, including you - that is what makes it evidence. Photos taken in the app are converted to a PDF on your device and are never read from your photo library.
