Most money apps tell you what you already spent. Zero asks a better question: what is this money actually for?

Zero Budget is a zero-based budgeting app for your household, whether that is you, you and a partner, or a whole family. At the start of the month you give every dollar a job: rent, groceries, the insurance bill that lands in March. When all of it has a place, you are at zero, and there is nothing left to wonder about.

• Plan the month before it starts, down to the last dollar

ADD A PURCHASE IN SECONDS
• Tap the plus and say it: "42 at Costco into groceries"
• Or snap the receipt and Zero reads the total, the store and the date

• Premium is US$10 a month or US$96 a year (CA$14 a month or CA$129 a year in Canada), shown in your local currency before you buy
• One subscription covers the whole household
• New subscribers can start a 14-day free trial of everything, bank sync included. A card is on file and the trial renews unless cancelled; cancel and the free plan keeps working with no time limit

What’s new

Bug fixes. A refund or reimbursement can now be filed against any budget line, the same as on the website. Switching a transaction between expense and income keeps the category when it still fits. Say it and receipt entries save correctly after a switch.
