Ratings and reviews

It's a good app. However, the Token generation option has began messing up. You generate the token just fine but in attempting to redeem, you receive the message indicating you have redeemed the token successfully but the money doesn't reflect in the receiving momo account. I've experienced this like 4 times already. It takes your team forever to refund the money. It's almost 3 weeks now, I'm yet to receive a refund for a failed transaction.

I have a problem, I have downloaded my CalBank app but if I click on open it comes blank on my phone please I need help.

Very bad support system. No account Number, when you open an account with the app. If you make a complain, nobody minds you. I have recommended this app to three people, but they deleted it simply because it's of no use. It's a competitive market out there, and your activeness and responds to customers/clients will determine your market size.
