Ratings and reviews

It's a good app. However, the Token generation option has began messing up. You generate the token just fine but in attempting to redeem, you receive the message indicating you have redeemed the token successfully but the money doesn't reflect in the receiving momo account. I've experienced this like 4 times already. It takes your team forever to refund the money. It's almost 3 weeks now, I'm yet to receive a refund for a failed transaction.

Worst Customer Support ever, CalBanks' ability to resolve customer issues, especially relating to inconsistent debits or failed transactions that were still debited, is very, very poor, takes over a month and dozens of calls. A support rep can blatantly lie to a customer and give false timelines for issue resolution, they have no clue and you can even hear the frustration in their voices sometimes because whoever they are escalating these debit issues to seems to be a ghost.

The app is good. The interface is simple to understand and friendly. I just have a little problem when it comes to functioning on huawei phones, specifically the nova 8i. After updating the app, it has stop working. Can't access it anymore. Will have to forget about it until I get a new phone.
