About this app

Your cameras are already recording. The hard part is finding the right moment before the recording is deleted.

MonitorIA transforms the cameras you already have into a searchable memory. Instead of rewinding hours of recording, you ask in your own words and receive the exact time—then you just open that minute on your equipment.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You install a program on the store's computer, for Windows or Linux. No fee and no technical visit required.

2. The program finds your cameras automatically and starts monitoring what happens.

3. When someone enters, a car arrives, or something leaves its place, the time, description, and images are recorded.

4. You ask through the app or website and receive the answer.

WHAT IT UNDERSTANDS ON ITS OWN

• Customer service, deliveries, and visits, grouped from start to finish
• Your operation's routine: notifies you when you opened late, closed early, or had activity outside of business hours
• When the camera stops working: dirty lens, frozen image, crooked camera
• Gate, door, and safe: open, closed, and for how long
• The same person or vehicle appearing at different times

MADE FOR BUSINESSES

Market, pet shop, workshop, pharmacy, gas station, warehouse. If you already have cameras and never had time to watch them, this is for you.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Cameras already installed, connected to a DVR, NVR, or accessible via the network
• A computer with Windows or Linux connected in the same location
• A monthly subscription per camera, contracted on the website

This application is the MonitorIA dashboard. It shows what your cameras have recorded and allows you to search, but the analysis is done by the program installed on the store's computer. Without this program and without connected cameras, the application has nothing to display.

WHAT MONITORING DOES NOT DO

• Does not use facial recognition or license plate reading
• Does not send your store's video to the cloud: recording continues on your equipment
• Does not replace your DVR or NVR
• Does not renew automatically: the decision is yours every month

COMPATIBILITY

It works with the camera you already have, via DVR, NVR, or the application that provides access to the video. The only exception is a camera that only works within the manufacturer's cloud. If in doubt, talk to us before subscribing.
