As much as possible info should be visible on the main page or one click away. But it's all hidden deep in the menu. It does not display tariffs for cell phone. It doesn't show tariffs for home internet. "Temporary unavailable, nothing at the moment." So, basically useless. Now I have home internet, but the sim card is blocked and the app is showing no info at all.

Dear Yurii Honta, thank you for your review. In the app, you'll find rate recommendations for mobile contract renewals. You can find all current tariffs on our website. For fixed network tariffs, there is no option for contract renewal in the app or on the portal. If you have any questions, please contact our hotline or customer service.

Bad user interface. Often broken with maintenance windows. No English version for people don't speak German. Hard to navigate between options. It needs redesign and bug fixing.

I don't know what is going with 02. I ordered SIM card. 10 days ago I received email it's been send to my address. Still don't have. I'm ready to cancel this contract and as soon my handy contract is up I will leave this miserable network.
