The new design is a more confusing one. Before I used to be able to reach the bonus 500mb app option very quickly every month because it's location was intuitive. Now it's not. Also only German language is supported which is ok, would be nicer to support a few universal languages like English and Spanish.

This app is unimaginably bad, you need to do endless digging to find basic information, the UI reminds me of the dead Nokia Lumia, and on top of that it's only available in German lol, go to the least developed country in the world and you'll find mobile network apps in English but not in deutschland. My original review was hidden by play store, you know why. Update: Ignorant reply from the developer, what is reinstalling supposed to do?

I can't log in. I get an error saying I should connect to the Internet, but I am connected to wifi. I will cancel my O2 subscription. Edit: of course, I did. It didn't work. I will be switching to another provider by the end of the month
